100% cotton, 100% hand-woven in Portland on a big Swedish loom.

These are from another collaboration with Augusta, the young Vermont boarding school weaver from Portland, while she was home on summer break. I asked her to come up with a bold stripe pattern where color was the hero, and interesting color play could happen spontaneously on the loom. No two are alike, and the fate of cutting them to length from one continuous piece of cloth is one of my favorite things about the outcome. The most favorite? Fun color interactions and surprises.

33 x 41 inches.

Care instructions: Machine wash cold, hand wash, machine dry, air dry, your choice. But do it with other brights or on its own, because though it's colorfast, it looks like it could do battle with a white shirt in the wash.
