Customer Service Hours

We are available to answer questions and process orders Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm PST. Egg Press is closed on all federal holidays.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Please allow 3 business days from the time you place your order for your package to ship. All orders ship out of our studio in Portland, Oregon. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when the order has shipped.

Domestic Shipments

If your delivery address is in the United States, then we will ship your order by USPS or UPS, depending on the box size and shipping method you choose. If you must have your item by a specific date, be sure to select a faster shipping option and leave a note at checkout.

International Shipments

If you are located outside the United States, we offer shipping via USPS (First Class and Priority Mail) or DHL. (DHL shipping quotes are available by phone.) If you require your cards by a particular date, we strongly recommend that you choose a guaranteed shipping option, such as Priority Mail or DHL. While First Class International is the most economical method, the transit times may vary, and can take up to 4 weeks to reach certain destinations.

Customs processes can delay any international shipment, including the speediest ones. Please note that our shipping rates do not include any duties or taxes that your country may apply.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase you are welcome to return or exchange it with 30 days of purchase. We accept returns of unopened, resalable merchandise. Please email us at information@eggpress.com and we will assist you with your return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, limited edition items, or sample sale bundles. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded (except in the event of a defective item). We will issue a credit or send out an exchange within 7 business days of receiving your return.

Please note that our return policy is different for custom printed items – please contact our custom manager (custom@eggpress.com) if you have any questions.

Privacy

Egg Press has taken every precaution to secure your privacy online, at our data centers and at our physical location, to protect against theft, manipulation, and loss of information collected at eggpress.com. Your information is is used only for internal processes related to fulfilling and managing your order. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. At no time does Egg Press retain sensitive information (such as a credit card number) beyond the life of an order. Egg Press does not share your customer information under any circumstances.
